    A little about the bloggers

EEH lives in Seattle, Washington and is an applied mathematician- biologist. She spent a lot of time in Europe (London, West Germany, East Germany and Czechoslovakia) at various times in her life starting in the mid-eighties. Her companion in watching obscure foreign and avant-garde films is Kaja, who at the time many of these posts were written, was a graduate student in International Studies at Oxford. He is fluent in Czech and German and plays hopscotch between the U.S., Czech Repuplic, England, Africa and Asia in his work in international conflict zones.

    Current Topic of the Blog
